As seen on Channel 4's "Help we bought a Village" - Welcome to Le Houx in Mantilly - a lovely village in a National Park and on the Normandy-Brittany-Pays de la Loire border - and our small village of four Gites.  We are 90 minutes by car from St Malo/the coast (an easy drive), around 3 hours to Paris by road and around 40 minutes from Flers train station which connects directly to Paris.

We have a mix of two and four person accommodation which can be booked singly or as a group.  All gites have private hot tubs.  They can be booked individually or as a group.  All have dishwashers, washing machine facilities and full kitchens.  Pricing starts from just EUR 49/night plus cleaning/taxes in low season!

In 2024 we opened our covered/heated an 8m x 4m heated, in ground swimming pool and in 2025 we will open a 5th gite for 6-7 people.

We also have fibre internet inside and outside each gite and a good 4G phone signal.
